Answer:  When actual facts surface that validate the premise of the “theory.”  Dealing in the dark world of subterfuge for this past decade as a writer of political fiction, and becoming somewhat expert in Information Warfare and Black Propaganda, the new “Big Con” is to say that every time someone in authority advances a theory and begins an investigation, they are dealing in “conspiracy theory” territory, and they are relegated to the irrelevant–to the nut case status.

Unfortunately, not all “conspiracy theories” are inaccurate.  It is my certain conviction that all of us Americans–and Europeans as well–are going to have to face some shocking, demoralizing truths in the months ahead.   The truth was always there, but it was obscured by an elaborate disinformation and misdirection campaign.  Our innate goodness made it almost impossible for us to look, let alone see. It was programmed to be a booby trap if anyone came close to discovering it.  The automatic PR line is to dismiss it as a “conspiracy theory.”   And since reasonable people do not want to be associated with absurd theories, the mere accusation has been enough to cause us to flinch and look away.

However, the Mysterious Missing Mr. Mifsud, the Maltese professor–though he sounds like a character out of Film Noir–is real.   The information he holds is real.  The facts that he revealed, or left to be found in the event of his death, I believe, are  what triggered US Attorney Durham–after being invited properly by the Italian Prime Minister to view secret data–to declare that the investigation he has been conducting has changed from an Administrative Review to a Criminal Investigation.

If the news you are viewing does not tell you this, you need to change news sources.

The larger point for all of us however, during all of our lives, is to understand the Rule of Law and know and protect the differentiation between opinion and fact.   A theory is an idea to explain phenomena.   The phenomena are real.   A conspiracy is a possible explanation.   Any “theory” remains a “theory” until facts and data proven factual emerge that establish the theory to be correct.   At that point, with information, documents, emails, texts, phone transcriptions, witness testimony etc. one could  justifiably call the phenomena a conspiracy, and the “facts” presented in court may result in convictions.  (Conspiracy is defined as: the act of joining in a secret agreement to do an unlawful or wrongful act, which becomes unlawful as a result of the secret agreement.)

The Media knows this.   They act as if they don’t and they try to make you doubt yourself.   Do not doubt yourself.   You know this.   You are fair-minded, and you know that the Rule of Law only works if facts and data support the theory.   Anything else is opinion. You must remember this, since some of you will be on juries in trials.   The juror can not and must not deny a fact. That denial is the stuff that witch hunts, inquisitions, and even lynchings are made of.

Webster defines theory as: “an unproved assumption,”   “a hypothesis assumed for the sake of investigation.”

Attorney General William Barr and US Attorney Durham had an assumption unproven.   The invitation by the Prime Minister of Italy to view something in a classified environment which the Italians felt was relevant, and which led immediately following to a reclassification of the investigation to a criminal one, is your sign that the “conspiracy theory” is probably no longer a “theory.”   It is a Conspiracy!

And that, my friends, is what I have alluded to all along.   If you have followed my Blogs this past year, you know I have been on the trail of many things–amongst them the Truth.   Emails, texts, documents on a proper timeline will reveal the Truth.

We all know that something went horribly wrong in 2016 relevant to the election, and to the subsequent attempt to remove a President.  Even if you hate Donald J. Trump, you can not deny there has been a movement to remove him.   The issue for all of us–Republican, Democrat, Independent–is to find out who conspired to manipulate us into actions they desire, and which are not in our best interest.

You are soon to be looking at an actual conspiracy, not a conspiracy theory.

Whatever happened in Italy related to the Mysterious, Missing, Mr. Mifsud will come out.

Director John Brennan should be having night sweats. So should James Clapper and James Comey.  Here’s why.  One of the things I love most about the United States, and the Rule of Law is that–in the end–justice is served.  An honest investigator, whose purpose is to preserve law and order, is a formidable opponent.

Director Brennan and Company, we are patient in America.   Australia is throwing in the towel.   The Ukraine already has.   The UK is.   Italy has.  You, Director Brennan, have no where to hide.

I am eager for the American people to see and hear–in a court of law–what you and others did. And, one of them will spill the beans on why they did it.   Mark my words.   To save themselves, they will abandon you.

Time to return home, Director Brennan.   And for my readers, look up Aldrich Ames…and Sandy Grimes and Jeanne Vertefeuille.   And there you have my very own “conspiracy theory.”   Keep a sense of humor. Don’t get your underwear in a twist.  After all, it’s just a “theory.”

19 SHORT MINUTES.  That is the amount of time newly-sworn-in President Donald J. Trump had before the Washington Post said, “The Campaign  to Impeach President Trump has Begun.”  Their shocking headline was either oddly prophetic, or revealed their intention and salivating desire to do the unthinkable.

Think about it.  How much trouble could one man get into in 19 minutes?!  How much could he have done?

He didn’t even make it to the Oval Office, before the Fourth Estate revealed they knew someone was planning to overthrow him.  Impeachment, dear friends, is not meant to overturn an election, the outcome of which you don’t like.  The American people–and only the American people–elect the President and Vice President of the United States.   If we want them removed, we un-elect them at the next election.

This President, who was electorally elected by the people and sent by the people to “drain the swamp” has been under attack 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for over three years.  Despite that, he is not only still standing, he has accomplished more in those 3 years in all matter of difficult arenas than anyone in my lifetime.  Some of his choices I agree with, some I do not.  But, I don’t want to see any future President hounded like this.  Ever!!

No matter your political philosophy, I think in your heart of hearts you know that no one deserves that.  Americans overall have an innate sense of fair play.  Again, in your heart of hearts you know that “something is rotten in Denmark” when a Media outlet covertly announces that the President will be overthrown–no matter what he does during his tenure.

The guy hadn’t even been to his Inaugural Ball before swamp creatures continued to implement aggressive plots.  Many of those men and women shook his hand that day, had photos taken with him, and congratulated him after taking the Oath of Office.   Knowing he had not committed any High Crimes and Misdemeanors while in office, their PR firm– the Washington Post–told the nation he would be impeached.   Are they clairvoyant?   Or were they complicit from before his Inauguration?

I believe that the great Americans I know–of all political parties and persuasions–would give the guy a chance.  Someone however doesn’t want to play well with other Americans.  They do not trust you, or your decisions.   They apparently intended to rig the game.

The result?  President Donald J. Trump had not even finished delivering his Inaugural Address before the Swamp bit back.

Before this nightmare worsens, call your Congressmen and women.   Call your Senators.   But, don’t limit it to just yours.   Contact them all, if need be.  Especially, if they are of the Democrat Party.   A once great party has been hijacked, and I suspect they will welcome your calls.  They hold it in their power to accept the results of the 2016 election, and to play out the 2020 election without the colossal election interference of an Impeachment.  But, they need to hear from you.

And you need to make your Senators aware of the fact you expect them to stand fast if this train wreck gets to them.  There is something more important than their re-election, and lining their pockets with lucrative contracts after they leave office, or delivering payback to a man they don’t like.   You are more important.  An orderly transfer of power is important.   And, within 19 Short Minutes, the signal was given to make it as disorderly as necessary.  The man the American people sent had to go.

Well, he is still there.   And so am I.   So are you.   And God-willing your vote will still matter 20 years from now.  This is important.   Go to this link to find the simple ways to contact people whom you feel need to hear from you loudly and clearly.   Contact many officials, often.   Give up a little TV time each night.  Give up a little computer gaming time each night.  Take fewer sleep medications.  Drink a little less wine. This game is real.   Someone has involved you in it, whether you wanted to be or not.   And they, apparently, make the rules.   The fools don’t understand the power lies with you.   So, please, exercise your power.  We are better than they think we are.

And I want to point out something so obvious one is likely to overlook it.   In order for the Washington Post to release the paper with the headline I opened with, the headline and article had to be written beforehand, and the trigger pulled well beforehand for the printing of that newspaper edition.   So….even before Trump was sworn in, the incoming rocket had been launched.   Makes you wonder, doesn’t it?   Go wake up your government officials.   They need to hear from you!

The Mysterious, Missing Mr. Mifsud

Sounds like the title of a movie Humphrey Bogart would have starred in, doesn’t it?  Feels like the shadowy, titillating stuff that spy novels are made of, doesn’t it?  Looks like someone Tom Clancy would have opened one of his novels with–in order to set up the plot and deception that triggers the rest of his story–doesn’t it?

Unfortunately, this one is for real.   Joseph Mifsud, a Maltese professor with questionable ties to almost everyone, has disappeared.   In fact he has been missing since Nov. 6, 2017 when he vanished in Rome.   AG William Barr, and Prosecutor John Durham were–or maybe still are–in Rome piecing together the puzzle of what started the whole Russia Collusion investigation.  And, they want to talk with the mysterious, missing Mr. Mifsud.

I wish them luck, as Mr. Mifsud is likely either dead, or he has been “brought in out of the cold.” By whom?   Russia?   Italy?   the UK?  Australia?   The US?   He came onto my radar screen more than 18 months ago when I believe it was some kind of Congressional Committee wanted to talk with him, relevant to George Papadopoulos and alleged connections between the Trump Campaign and Russia.

The TV journalist covering that story just happened to mention this Professor, and that he was missing.   If you don’t know already, I write Spy, Intelligence, Information Warfare novels, inspired by actual events, and written about current events.   If you have followed my earlier Blogs, you may remember when I pointed out the power of “omitted information” and the effect it has on investigations.

To me, and of course I could be wrong, Mr. Mifsud is pivotal, and someone rewarded him for playing his part by bringing him into another identity to live out his life hiding in plain site.   Or they killed him to keep him from ever telling what he knew, and what he did.   My money is on the latter, since it appears he was nervous enough about his interview with our FBI that he was suddenly writing emails to them, to “clarify” what he had said or meant.   He was apparently rushed, worried, and feared someone was coming for him.

I believe someone was, and Mifsud had figured it out.   The News Media–which has been almost entirely wrong in their investigations–believes he is a Russian Intelligence Asset.  Others believe that was a false lead, and that he is not a Russian spy, but rather a Western Intelligence Asset.   Wake up folks!   How murky is that, and how nebulous?!   A “Western” asset!    That encompasses a lot of countries, and a lot of intelligence agencies.   Whose asset?

Is the mysterious, missing Mr. Mifsud a Russian spy, or is he a US spy working in counter-intelligence?   Is he a British spy, since he has so much history with London?  Or is he a Double Agent, working for Russia and  the other “Western” country or countries?   Since the Press believes he is a Russian spy and since they are trying to knock down any possible connection to Western countries, they at least describe him as a purported “Western” asset.   If true, which one or ones?   If more than one, you, my friends are looking at a conspiracy.

And guess where Barr and Durham have gone in recent weeks in the pursuit of the origins of the Russia Hoax?   Australia–whose government is cooperating.  The UK–whose government is cooperating.   They may have gone to the Ukraine as well.   But for sure, they are in Italy–whose government is cooperating.  Who is left?   The UNITED STATES.

Director John Brennan went on TV a week or so ago, and said he had been notified that when they return, he will be “interviewed.”   Can you feel him breathing on you now, Director Brennan, this “Bloodhound?”

And where does the Media want us to put our attention while the final weeks of this riveting investigation occur–where we may finally find out who started this long national nightmare?  Ukraine.  Now we have the Ukraine version of the Russia Collusion scandal.  Don’t fall for this twice.   The old adage applies here.   Fool me once, shame on you.   Fool me twice, shame on me!

Quite a movie plot, isn’t it?  Or a spy novel plot?   Sadly, like so much of what I wrote about, this one is not fiction.   It is real.

And as for the mysterious, missing Mr. Mifsud, my guess is he is either dead, OR–hopefully– hiding in plain sight in Rome.   TIme will tell.

A Message for Director John Brennan

Dear John,

You have manipulated the media. You have deceived politicians. You have disdain for all of us Americans.   You’re pretty bright.   But, not bright enough.

You may run propaganda and “dead agenting” marketing technologies past dim journalists with no intellectual curiosity, and no intellect even if they had curiosity.  They may have unwittingly or wittingly withheld from the American people all the true corruption,crimes, and swamp-like offenses because you influenced them to the point of stupidity.   The American people may not yet be aware of the crimes you and your cabal have committed.

But, a true investigative “blood hound” is on your trail.   Can you feel him coming?  I know you can because I saw you on television disdainfully talking about him.   That may con the vapid TV journalist, but it will not deter the “blood hound.”  He cares nothing about money, or power, or control.  He does not desire to be “liked and admired.”   He cares about Justice, and he is on your trail.
